Microblading involves a semi-permanent, virtually noninvasive process that ultimately gives brows that sculpted, fuller, more natural look. With results lasting as long as 1-3 years, it’s no wonder microblading has become the hottest trend to happen to eyebrows in years!
In the photo you can see our client was missing a section of her eyebrow. In the photo below, you can see the after appearance of the microbladed strokes. Most people cannot tell that it isn't real hair!
Does it Hurt and is it Safe: Most clients find the numbing cream we apply very effective. We are regularly inspected by Durham Health and it is safe.
Do you have to shave my eyebrows: Absolutely NOT! We recommend that you have them neat and tidy before your appointment, but leave at least 48 hours after a wax appointment.
How long will it last: We recommend touchups every 1-3 years. Most of the strokes will fade gently after this time.
Why is it called Microblading: We think this is the most misleading name! We are actually using very tiny needles to make hair like strokes in your skin in which we implant the pigment.
How will I pick the right color: The Master Microblade Artist will custom create a blend of three different colors for you to choose from and show you what they will look like on your skin. Everyone's skin tone is different so this is a very important step in the design process
Will it look natural: Of course! The Master Microblade Artist will create a natural looking design using an eyebrow pencil first. If you want more strokes after your initial visit, your first touchup is free and will be the perfect opportunity.
